ATTORNEY SINA MOHAJER-JASBI

Biography

Mr. Mohajer received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University, where he not only dedicated his time and efforts to his studies but also gave back to the community. Mr. Mohajer counseled and mentored youth who participated in regular community service projects and continuously worked on developing their self-esteem.

Mr. Mohajer received his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa, California. There, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board, competing against other law schools nationwide in the art of Trial Practice.

Licensed to practice law in the State of California for more than a decade, Mr. Mohajer has successfully managed multiple cases simultaneously, always ensuring his clients receive the attention and time they deserve. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Mohajer was the senior associate in charge of the civil department at his previous firm. There, Mr. Mohajer handled large caseloads from start to finish, including responding and propounding discovery, defending and conducting depositions, making court appearances, as well as managing all aspects of settlement negotiations.
